These Terms and Conditions of Use shall govern the use of GoddessAds.com for all persons wishing to advertise their banners and websites to the viewing members of GoddessAds.com. These Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to change, therefore Users should periodically check this page for updates and alterations. Terms and Conditions of Use alterations shall become effective immediately upon publication and shall be binding upon all Users for any and all usage subsequent to the published change. Violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be grounds for suspension or termination of advertising privileges and/or suspension or deletion of Users account.
When you create account at GoddessAds.com you are stating you are of the legal age for your state or country or if under the age of 18 years you have your parents or legal guardians permission to join GoddessAds.com.
GoddessAds.com functions as a traffic exchange medium where business professionals may advertise their banners and websites for any and all products and services, except those that are in violation of the Surf Rotation Agreement.
These prohibited sites shall include:
banners and Websites with Adult Content,
Offensive or Racially insensitive materials,
auto installers,
hate sites,
dialers,
frame breakers,
frame freezers,
multiple or viral pop-ups,
pop-ups,
rotator sites,
redirector sites,
sound,
subscription e-mail,
war mongering sites,
or any site deemed unacceptable at the sole discretion of the reviewing Administration staff of GoddessAds.com
All sites will first be approved by GoddessAds.com management before placing in surf rotator.
Any offending advertisements shall be removed from the site with the loss of all credits and possible suspension/deletion of the Users account, and GoddessAds.com shall be under no contractual obligation to communicate or explain its decisions to offending Users.
When a member purchases an Ad-Pack, that member's website(s) shall be placed into the Surf Rotation to be viewed by other Users. Said site(s) will appear on a Users screen for a period of 15 seconds at a time, and go through the Surf Rotation to be viewed on the basis of one "hit" or "viewing" per credit of their Ad-Pack purchase. These "hit/view" credits may be allocated by the User to promote the website(s) of their choosing. Purchasers of Ad-Pack shall be granted ten(10) credits per unit purchased. Upon consumption of these credits, through the viewing of others through the Surf Rotation, more credits may be purchased by the user by purchasing additional Ad-Packs or Advertising credits in their User's account. A User may purchase up to a maximum of $20.00 total value of Ad-Packs at any time, Ad-Packs minimum purchase is $1.00 U.S. All purchases must be in U.S. dollars, and GoddessAds.com shall not be responsible for any currency conversion.
Advertising Users may also earn "hits" to their own website(s) in the Surf Rotation by viewing other members sites.
GoddessAds.com in no way guarantees that an Advertising User will gain business or income as a result of their advertising on GoddessAds.com. It is understood that the User freely chose this method of advertising for their products and or services and undertook the financial risk of such advertising without inducement or promise of financial gain. The User understands that they are purchasing web advertising and web traffic only and no other warranties of any kind exist whether implied or expressed.
Advertising Users may track the "hits/views" that their website(s) has obtained through their own back office. They may also track advertising credits and promote their website(s) as appropriate. No advertising credits will be allocated to websites automatically, it is the sole responsibility of the User to manage and allocate their advertising credits.
Advertising Viewing Terms and Conditions of Use
After purchasing an Ad-Pack as an advertiser, User is provided with the opportunity to possibly earn a 5 % rebate per day for a specified number of days. This is done by simply purchasing an Ad-Pack and surfing each day til the Ad-Pack expires. All members may view the advertisements of other Ad-Pack Users.
It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use to let the ads run without actively viewing them. As a User please remember that other Users expect the same courtesy and respect for their ads that you expect for your own.
User may view up to a maximum of 100 ads per calendar day, User may earn additional Advertising credits, which may be used towards additional "hits/views". Under no circumstances will a User earn in excess of 5% rebate per day for viewing ads.
In order to earn a rebate, User must have a currently active Ad-Pack. The purpose of this bonus program is to reward advertisers for viewing and visiting the products and services of other Users, thus creating an internal network beneficial to all Users and their businesses.
All "Ad-Packs" are good for a period of 22 consecutive days. User does not have to wait for an Ad-Pack to expire to request cash balance.
Free members may surf and add their site, but may not request a cash-out.
In the unlikely event that any or all payment processors in use through the GoddessAds.com organization are frozen, suspended, closed down, or otherwise interfere with the ability of GoddessAds.com to process or pay Users, it is understood and agreed by Users that this activity is out of the control of GoddessAds.com and GoddessAds.com shall not be liable for any delay or loss suffered by User. User agrees to hold harmless GoddessAds.com for any actions by or against Payment Processors that may affect the ability of GoddessAds.com to pay the Users.
In addition to the optional viewing program provided by GoddessAds.com to its Users, GoddessAds.com also offers an additional "Advertising Referral" program. This program allows active Users with Ad-Packs currently running to earn additional site credits by referring other advertisers to the service. Referrals must be directed to the program through the User's specific individual referral link to qualify. For all Referral accounts, the User shall receive a commission of up to 10 site credits for each and every referral(s) he or she sponsors .
Users are under no obligation to participate in the commission earning opportunity of viewing ads.
Free User Accounts
Free Users may view ads of other Users, but may not participate in the commission earning opportunity of viewing ads. Members are encouraged to purchase an Ad-Pack to earn and add more sites.
Disclaimer
GoddessAds.com does not make any promises or guarantees of income success, whether implied or expressed. We sell advertising credits and share the profits between the members.
User acknowledges and agrees that they are participating in the GoddessAds.com program because they have goods or a service to market and wish to utilize internet advertising to a captive audience that have shown an interest in home based business ventures and entrepreneurial enterprise. Any promises or guarantees that may have been made to anyone reading these Terms
and Conditions are not the statements of GoddessAds.com and should be ignored. Any purchase is for the right to obtain viewer-ship of User's banner ads and websites, and purchase is made for no other reason.
User is responsible for reporting to appropriate authorities any income which they may derive from their ancillary participation in this program. Any tax related questions or matters should be discussed by User with a licensed tax professional.
GoddessAds.com has no control over the internet. User acknowledges this simple fact, and further acknowledges that GoddessAds.com can not control the quality, safety, or legality of the content or information submitted by Users to this website.
Due to the unfeasibility of authentication of Users on the internet, GoddessAds.com does not and cannot verify or confirm that each User is who they purport to be. The User agrees to release GoddessAds.com, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or damages, either actual or consequential, direct or indirect, implied or expressed, of every kind and nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with User's relationship with GoddessAds.com.
Users of the GoddessAds.com site are solely responsible for the accuracy, and content of all information which they provide and for all information contained in any documents or forms which they submit to GoddessAds.com. This includes any information provided to affiliates of GoddessAds.com, including Payment Processors.
GoddessAds.com expects all Users to demonstrate common sense and caution in their use of the site and in dealing with any Advertiser. GoddessAds.com shall not be responsible for any issues arising between Users whether contractual or in tort.
GoddessAds.com makes no guarantees or promises of income or income potential. All Users acknowledge that the purchase of an "Ad-Pack" is for the purpose of obtaining internet advertising credits and viewing traffic. All Users agree that they have not relied on any statements or promises that may have been made outside of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
